I am not receiving my SMS when making an investment or withdrawal - what do I do?
You could not be receiving your SMS message for a number of reasons but the most likely reason is that your SMS provider has automatically assigned Crowd2Fund messages to your spam folder.
Instructions
We advise that you check your SMS spam folder, the way in which you do this may differ
depending on your device.
For Android: search “Crowd2Fund” in your inbox search bar > select the messages from us >
remove us from your spam list.
For Iphone: Go to Settings > Messages. Scroll down to "Message Filtering" and enable "Filter
Unknown Senders". This will move messages from unknown numbers to a separate tab in the
Messages app, from here you should be able to search for or find messages from Crowd2Fund.
Other phone: search “Crowd2Fund” in your inbox search bar > select the messages from us >
remove us from your spam list.
In the event none of the above work we advise you to contact your service provider to
investigate.
